Account Executive - Managed Services
A sales role that requires proven success in sales prospecting and networking in the SMB space, recognizing IT managed services opportunities, and turning leads into long-lasting, profitable partnerships. The Managed Services Account Executive (AE) will drive new managed services prospecting activity and utilize an outcome based selling approach toprovide solutions to meet the clients identified business objectives, financial goals, and operating KPI’s. Additionally, the Managed Services AE will cultivate relationships with existing clients to identify further revenue and retention opportunities. The Managed Services Portfolio partially includes on-prem and cloud server, storage, and backup solutions, desktop management, Microsoft 365, and network management including firewall, switch, WiFi.
Bilingual Retail Sales Specialist

Director, Retail and Customer Service
As the Retail and Customer Service Director, you will oversee strategy, operational excellence and lead the customer experience initiative for prospective and active internet, mobile, and security subscribers. Through the primary responsibilities listed below, this position will play a critical role in the evolution of the Zirrus How We Impress model of interaction. The Retail and Customer Service Director will evolve, develop, and build best-in-class systems, campaigns, and employee culture to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics continuously. The Retail and Customer Service Director will demonstrate a strategic mindset that can articulate multiple business objectives at an executive level while driving results and leveraging the team in every interaction with our customers. Critical to this role is the ability to manage a combination of in-house and outsourced resources to optimize customer service in a data-driven manner, including tactical and strategic retail sales and customer service initiatives.
Success in this role will be measured by optimizing sales and customer service metrics and the resulting positive impact on the company’s Net Income, CSAT, and NPS scores.
IT Service Desk Intern - Fall 2023
This role requires a candidate to be a current college student in an IT or Business-related major that would like to gain IT experience while working within our IT Service Desk team. Interns will be mentored and trained to perform triage and incident management ticket handling responsibilities within our Service Desk team. Ticket handling includes triaging and troubleshooting issues while working with the senior IT team to resolve incidents within established SLA’s, while demonstrating a high level of customer service with end users and clients. The goal of this role is to develop your understanding and ability to support our IT managed and professional services catalog, knowledge base (KB), and ticket handling process, while contributing to the overall success of IT team projects and tasks as assigned. This internship supports the second and third shift and could be located in both Yadkinville and Winston-Salem.

This role requires a resourceful, customer-focused person to manage the day-to-day operation of various IT networks and systems in support of an organization which includes local area networks, wide area networks, network segments, intranets, and other data communication systems. Additionally, performs incident management, change management, and problem management ticket handling responsibilities with our Service Desk team to resolve incidents, and tasks and complete projects within service agreements and established deadlines. In summary, lead and contribute to the overall success of IT team projects and tasks.
